Ashley is a criminal and professional discipline lawyer with a passion for advocacy. Ashley represents individuals involved in the justice system throughout Ontario’s criminal courts and professionals involved in investigations or disciplinary proceedings before their regulatory bodies.

Before earning her Juris Doctor, Ashley focused her education on scientific research, developing an interest in ethics which motivated her to pursue a legal education. However, once in law school, Ashley’s desire to help people in vulnerable situations and her sense of fairness led her to focus her efforts in the criminal justice system. Ashley represents individuals facing all manner of criminal charges from theft to murder. Every case is handled with meticulous preparation and a thoughtful strategy. Over the course of her career, Ashley began applying her litigation and problem-solving skills to the areas of professional discipline and workplace/ethics investigations. A common thread throughout her career is the satisfaction she derives in telling her client’s stories and achieving their desired outcomes. Ashley is especially passionate about working with youth and women, helping them navigate the justice system with confidence and clarity.
